Returns & Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging, and have not been installed.

Once a part has been installed, it cannot be returned. Please verify compatibility with your vehicle before installation.

To request a return, contact us at sales@pureinjector.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send any item back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Return shipping address will be provided upon approval.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@pureinjector.com. Please include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Warranty — New Parts

New injectors carry a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and internal component failure under normal operating conditions.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, contaminated fuel or fuel system faults, physical damage or misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty — Remanufactured Parts

Remanufactured parts are sold without warranty. This is stated clearly on each product listing.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, email sales@pureinjector.com with your order number, a description of the fault, diagnostic fault codes if available, and photos or video showing the issue.

Upon approval, we will resolve the claim by sending a replacement part or issuing a refund at our discretion. Return of the original part may be required before a replacement or refund is processed.Fault codes related to ECU calibration code programming after installation are not considered a product defect and are the installer's responsibility.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at sales@pureinjector.com to initiate this process.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at sales@pureinjector.com.

By placing an order, you confirm that you or your appointed technician has the skills and equipment required to install diesel fuel injection components correctly.
